New week and a new chance to make a difference💪🏽. Chest and shoulders. Shoulder pain was pretty har today, so I had to mix it up a bit. Only did one “heavy set” and I felt right away that it had to be a cluster set instead of a all out drop set. The right shoulder completely gave up in the last cluster. Would have been nice with a spotter 😂. The rest was focused around TUT. It’s incredible how sore I can get from only one plate when the reps gets 10 seconds long🙈. Super slow reps and high reps set. 1-2 work set in every chest movement, and 3 work sets in the 2 shoulder exercises. Back attack tomorrow. Favorite day of the week 🥰.
