How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders within the USA is shipped from our warehouse in Texas.
All orders outside of the USA is shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping service and location. A delivery time estimate is calculated in the checkout.
During large promotions and sale activites, delivery and handling times may be longer.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

As soon as our warehouse has packed your order, you will recieve an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link in that email.
Make sure that you enter the correct email address so you can recieve your order updates from us. If you haven't recieved a shipping confirmation, please contact us.

How do I cancel my order?

We are able to cancel your order until it has been fulfilled. Once your order is being processed, we don't have the possibility to cancel it.
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our support and include your order number.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

If you recieve a package that is damaged, please contact us and tell us about the damage so we can help you with a replacement. We will then make a claim with the courier.

Non-EU orders: Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

There's no custom fees or any additional fees for orders to Norway, United Kingdom, USA or orders within the EU.

Since we ship from a warehouse located in the EU, please be prepared to pay your country’s VAT, custom duty tolls and sometimes additional fees when you purchase from us to outside of the EU.

Couriers collect these fees before delivering the package to you. The fees are based on your location and can therefore differ between countries.
