After a night at a hotel in Stockholm the team stopped to pick up some pre-ordered food for Guy.

After a night at a hotel in Stockholm the team stopped to pick up some pre-ordered food for Guy. He's in contest prep and he filled up the van with 4 coolers containing 5 days worth of food. With a packed van the team got ready to spend some time on the road towards Copenhagen, Denmark.

Southbound on the highway they made a couple of pit stops and visited some local sights.

After 8 hours Iron World Tour arrived Copenhagen and the was able to check in at their downtown Copenhagen hotel, grab a quick meal, and head to Loaded Gym dedicated to fit in a workout despite it being 10:30 PM.
)
A big part of Saturday will be spent at Loaded Gym and it is going to be one of those days to remember when Guy, Shaun and Branch all have arm training on the agenda. Will we see YOU there?
