Go With What Ya Got | LEG DAY with Ed Brown
Leg training always has been and always will be the toughest to execute. Throw in being 5 weeks out from a competition and its STILL the hardest training to execute but now on a caloric deficit.
"Some days I feel super strong on certain lifts and other days I don't feel quite as strong, but you got to go with what you got."
Ed Brown understands this and adapts his in season training to what he wants to get out of it for his pro debut at the IFBB Master's Worlds in Pittsburgh.
Ed's routine in this video:
Barbell front squat- 3x warm up & 1 top set
Unilateral leg press- 3x warm up & 1 top set (max reps)
Single leg curls- 3x15 reps
Leg extensions- (sub max weight) 3x20 reps
RDL's off the belt squat machine- 2x warm up & 1 top set (8 reps)
