Do your items qualify for a return?

To qualify for a return, you must meet the requirements below:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and have original tags still attached

  • We will not accept returns of customized items, socks, or underwear

  • If you received a defective item, please contact us

What about exchanges? We don't offer an exchange service. Instead please return your selected item(s) and place a new order.

Return Instructions:

  1. Gather the item(s) you'd like to return along with the packing slip and package them up securely. If you are returning items from multiple orders you must either include multiple packing slips or a note with order numbers listed.

  2. You will need to obtain a shipping label from your carrier of choice - return your package to the appropriate address listed below. For customers outside of the USA please note that your package can't be delivered to a pick-up point. To avoid this - send your return as a Business Parcel. If the return is delivered to a pick-up point it will be returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

For deliveries to Denmark and Finland with PostNord, UPS or Budbee: You will receive a shipping/return label with your package. Attach this label on your package and leave it to your nearest PostNord office. The return cost is 6EUR which will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds can take 2-10 days to process depending on your bank.

Shoe Return Policy

It’s important we receive the shoes and original shoe box back to us in new condition so please read the shoe specific return policy below.

  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in 100% original condition

  • Both pair of soles and laces must be included in return

  • Box must be returned undamaged and without any tape or adhesives stuck to it. We highly recommend shipping the shoes and box back in a cardboard box instead of a plastic or paper mailer as this often leads to damage in transit.
