We catch up with premier 212 pro Derek Lunsford. Derek has had a fast rise to knocking on the door of his first Olympia win. After the 2018 Olympia and finishing 2nd to Flex Lewis he went into the 2019 Olympia a fan favorite and sure fire winner. When the dust settled that wasn't the case and it was extremely mentally tough on Derek.
