Ed Brown is training back in preparation for his professional debut in Pittsburgh in 5 weeks. He takes us through his training here, exercise by exercise:
Chest supported t-bar rows
Dumbbell rows
Machine pulldowns
Weighted chins
Dumbbell shrugs
Ed explains his exercise order and his training philosophy by placing very heavy rows in the beginning of his workout and chin-ups towards the end.
As his bodyweight comes down nearing his competition, Ed implements very high rep drop sets for several of his exercises.
Ed admits he is a fan of the younger generation of top professionals such as Nick Walker and Hunter Labrada which goes to show he loves his old school training and mentality BUT he's not too proud to pick up some new training knowledge.
