Biceps and triceps - Superset Everything
1) Triceps pushdowns 4 x 15 reps pyramided up in weight superset with seated preacher ez bar curls (every set to failure) - 4 sets
2) Barbell curls (half/full rep) perform half a rep followed by a full rep x 10 reps superset with chain weighted dips to failure then drop the chains and do body weight to failure again - 4 sets
3) Spiderman pushups to failure superset with hammer curls to failure - 4 sets
