Chest fly: warm up 4 x 10-12 reps (not to failure)
Incline Barbell Press: 135 x 10, 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 225 x 5, 275 x 5, 315 x 5 , Top set: 365 to failure , Back off set: 315 to failure
Arsenal Strength Flat Press: warm ups: 3 sets x 10-12 reps, top set: 8 reps with double drop set to failure
Arsenal Strength Lateral Machine: 3 sets x 15, Top set: failure
4 in Superset with Arsenal Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 10 , Top set to failure
Cuff laterals: 4 sets with a top set to failure
