Amateur bodybuilder and 2019 NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic Overall Champion trains chest at …destination Dallas and talks about his background, his motivation to train and compete in bodybuilding, and where he wants to take it in 2020.

Jonathan has genetically incredible legs and outstanding development. He is training chest and shoulders twice a week currently.

His workout is as follows:

Incline dumbbell press: 
3 sets x 10 – 15 reps
4th set max weight 8 – 12 reps
Dropset 8 – 10 reps
Rest pause same weight 8 – 10 reps

Flat hammer press: 
3 sets x 10 – 12 reps (pyramided up in weight)
4th set 10 – 12 reps
Drop set 10 – 12 reps

Flat dumbbell fly: 
4 sets x 10 – 15 reps
