Admittedly Johnnie is tired and back day is typical of the last 15 years (high volume and high weight)... just another day to suck it up.

Lat pulldowns: 4 sets x 15 reps
Tbar rows: 3 sets x 15 reps last set is a double drop set
Dumbbell rows: 4 sets x 15 reps
Metroflex Welded row: 4 sets x 15 reps (pyramided up in weight)
Incline neutral grip pull down: 4 sets x 15 reps (emphasis on contraction NOT weight here)
Machine row (selectorized): (Over hand grip) 3 sets x 15 reps
