Branch Warren is "fat and happy" but Johnnie Jackson is down to the wire to the level of body fat and caloric deficit to where it gets hard to even put thoughts, sentences and needless to say hardcore training together.

Johnnie is less than 2 weeks out from the Arnold and this is the full workout they did.
Full workout:
Incline dumbbell press: 2 x warm up 3 x pyramided weight x 12-15 reps
Flat dumbbell press: 3 x 15 reps
Weighted dips: bodyweight x 15 reps 1 chain (20lbs) x 12-15 reps 2 chains (40lbs) x 12-15 reps (drop set x 10 reps each chain)
Superset: Machine press 4 x 15 reps with Free motion press 4 x 15 reps
Pec deck: 4 x 15 reps
