Taylor Meholick has trained and eaten to fuel growth for the past 6 years after she found her passion to train and compete at 18 years old. Here she is training back at destination Dallas and gives some great cues with the exercises she chooses.
"My shoulders have always grown easily. My back was always the thing I needed to improve most."
Taylor explains how she warms up to connect to her lats and then follows up with a slew of different rows and more pulldowns.
"When I am asked if I ever have a bad workout, I respond that I will physically stay in the gym until I have a good workout."
