Real & Raw Back Training with Jonathan Irizarry

Here Jonathan Irizarry, national level bodybuilder and prep coach, takes us through one of his typical back training sessions. Exercise for exercise and set for set with Jon complete with some instruction on the exercises where people generally need some cues on how to perform.
The workout was as follows:
Body weight pull-ups 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Dumbbell rows 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Hammer overhand rows 4 sets x 10 reps
Neutral grip pulldowns 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Shrug machine 4 sets x 15 reps
